"When I reached out to Good Life Lactation, I was at my wits end trying to make breastfeeding work. We had already been through the journey of newborn jaundice, exclusive pumping, tongue and lip ties and their revisions. Despite all of our hard work, our baby still struggled with low weight gain and reflux. I knew that something had to be wrong, and I felt like I wasn’t getting support from other specialists I had seen. Natasha was able to see us quickly and help me make a plan for weight gain. We saw her weekly and adjusted the plan when we needed to. I am so thankful for her support in latching, weight gain, supply management, and flange fitting. Without her help, I would have given up a long time ago. If you are looking for an IBCLC who is compassionate and can help you get to the root of your problems so you can continue breastfeeding, Natasha is the one!"

"Is there a way to leave 10 stars?? Natasha is it, you guys. She’s not a magician, but she’s one stripe away from being one. She helped me tremendously postpartum after I had my son. She found his tongue, lip, and cheek ties. She offered breastfeeding support, pumping support - shoot, most sessions she was mental support! Natasha is a wealth** of knowledge - I came away having learned so much and feeling capable of handling this delicate time period. I’ve worked with 6 other IBCLCs between my two children (hospital and outside hospital), and I regret not meeting her sooner. The care plan is manageable - I can’t stress this enough. If you’re considering seeing an IBCLC, your search is done."💞

“Good Life Lactation will forever hold a special place in my heart as one of the providers who helped transform my motherhood experience. Natasha provided wonderful, easily digestible information during my prenatal visit and Emily, who I saw for most of my in-home visits, was incredible. The duo really worked together as a seamless team.

Emily helped identify that my son had thrush at six weeks, supported us through his oral tether releases, provided feeding suggestions that seemed easy to implement for an overwhelmed, first-time mom, and just held space for me at each visit. I am so grateful for Emily’s kindness, compassion and commitment to me, my son and our family."

"Natasha at Good Life Lactation truly salvaged my ability to breastfeed my brand new baby with in home visit on a Sunday just after getting home from the hospital on a Friday! She was prompt in my plea for help as a new first time mom and came in very calmly and confidently to help bring me peace of mind and comfort in a time I was very uncertain and in need. Within one visit, my baby was latched and feeding well. A follow up care plan with very detailed instruction and also additional information was also emailed to me, which I found very helpful for my tired brain. Everything we discussed during the visit was written out as a reminder for me to review should I need it later. I was more than impressed with her ability to help me and my baby and also in her prompt reply and availability to my semi-urgent request for a visit.

I highly, highly recommend seeking her instruction and expertise for any lactation need! I had more than a few uniquely individual issues at first with my body and my baby and she was able to navigate them easily and provide me with simple and lasting solutions to make breastfeeding a success."

"TLDR; I would recommend Good Life Lactation and Emily Anderson to anyone who is looking for a kind and positive supporter that is genuinely invested in your breastfeeding journey!

I first met with Emily in a prenatal appointment and she took the time to walk me through what to expect in the first week of breastfeeding and gave me so many resources to reference. This gave me so much confidence as a first time mom, especially in the chaotic moments right after birth when that first breastfeeding attempt happens. With her guidance, I was able to navigate challenges in the weeks following including perfecting my baby’s latch and learning how to tell that she was getting milk, successfully weaning away from a nipple shield, and managing engorgement and supply regulation. She was great at helping my husband learn to support me as well, highlighting the value of both parents in breastfeeding success. Outside of these things, she was genuinely such a positive presence in the first few weeks and I can’t emphasize enough how much her reassurance and guidance helped me through the daunting task of learning to feed my baby and reaching my breastfeeding goals. I would recommend Good Life Lactation and Emily Anderson to anyone who is looking for a kind and positive supporter that is genuinely invested in your breastfeeding journey!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Good Life Lactation and especially Natasha! We started working with Natasha a few days after getting home from the hospital and through our little being 2 months old. She was incredible, she took the time to answer all our questions and concerns, always explaining why she was doing certain things, and always left us with tools to keep working on until our next appointment. We are very grateful for her and I highly recommend her!"

"Natasha with Good Life Lactation came to my house to provide some guidance for my 4 day old and I. She was instrumental in setting us up for success after some feeding difficulties the first few days home from the hospital.

I also attended Good Life Lactation’s support group to get advice on bottles/pumping, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Good Life Lactation for any breastfeeding/feeding needs!"

"I was able to work with Natasha and she was great. She was able to identify factors that were possibly contributing to my low milk supply. I was able to see an increase in the supplements she recommended.

She also identified both a tongue and lip tie on my little one. We were then recommended pediatric dentists that could perform the releases. My baby’s latch and tightness in her body improved tremendously after that procedure. I would highly recommend booking a consultation with Good Life Lactation!"

"Natasha was incredible to work with. She was patient, informative, and so supportive throughout my breastfeeding journey. I met with her prenatally, which helped me feel prepared and gave me a trusted resource before baby even arrived.

My early-term baby didn't latch for several weeks, and Natasha stayed positive with great suggestions, pumping guidance, and latch support. Having her come to my home in those chaotic early weeks postpartum was exactly what I needed. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable lactation help."

"Working with Emily at Good Life Lactation was such a gift. From the very first interaction, she brought a sense of calm, compassion, and encouragement that made such a difference in my breastfeeding journey. Emily combines deep knowledge with genuine care—she doesn’t just provide information, she listens, meets you where you are, and helps you feel supported every step of the way.

What I appreciated most was how practical and realistic her guidance was. Her availability and kindness were such a gift as I worked to gain confidence with my 3rd baby being the only one to stick with nursing. She gave me tools and practical support, while also reminding me that my well-being matters too. Emily celebrates the little wins, and her encouragement helps you see progress even on the tough days. It’s incredibly clear that she loves what she does and is committed to empowering moms and families. If you’re looking for someone who will stand alongside you with both expertise and heart, I can’t recommend Good Life Lactation enough. Emily is exactly the kind of support every new parent deserves."

"Highly recommend Good Life Lactation. Ashley was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable, provided me with lots of support and education. We worked together on increasing supply and helping my little one latch better. I was feeling so discouraged in the early days of postpartum and she helped me so much!! Overall 10/10 experience!"

"I could not be more grateful for Natasha M from Good Life Lactation! As a first time mom, I had no idea what I was doing. The first morning after we came home from the hospital I called around to lactation consultants and she answered so fast and came to our house that day! We worked with her multiple times throughout my long journey towards nursing.

She is a calm, pleasant person who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of both mom and baby. She does much more than just help with latch. She helped identify that our son had some tension and lip tie issues that could contribute to more than just feeding issues. She has been one of the best decisions we made in our journey of breastfeeding! Forever grateful for her!"

"My husband and I attended a lactation class one Saturday at Good Life, and ended up having Emily as our lactation consultant postpartum. She was a BLESSING. She answered all of our questions, helped us navigate breastfeeding vs bottle feeding. She did not judge and always came from a place of kindness and gentle guidance. We had a lot of struggles with weight gain due to a NICU stay, but Emily helped us overcome them and cheered us on along the way. I am so thankful we found her and we would highly recommend to anyone even thinking of getting a lactation consultant! Don’t think about it, just do yourself a favor & do it! Thank you Emily!!"

"Great flexibility with scheduling and meeting location, and very friendly! Emily has a lot of knowledge and was great at adapting to our unique situation and providing the kind of support we needed. I liked that the LCs weren’t pushy or judgy in any way. I would recommend Good Life Lactation to anyone just starting out or struggling to feed their baby."

  • Hannah E.

"Emily was amazing! She’s so kind and as a first time mom with medical complications following birth, she was full of knowledge and patience. She had some great ideas to get my premie to latch and help with his body posture to prepare for feeding success!!! Would absolutely recommend Good Life Lactation!"

  • Marissa C.

"I am so grateful for Good Life Lactation! Emily went above and beyond by seeing me during a snowstorm to help me avoid mastitis. I was experiencing a high level of pain four days after delivering, and she graciously came to my house and made a plan that almost immediately relieved pain and made my breastfeeding journey possible. I cannot recommend them enough!"

  • Bailey H.

"Emily was amazing! My baby had reflux and i under produced a lot. She came to me in my home, listened to me, helped size me for pumping, help him latch, and gave us a referral to ent where they said his tongue tie was as bad as it gets. The hospital and nicu ignored his tongue tie and when it was clipped his reflux completely went away.

She answered all questions and i could contact her after the appointment if i came up with more questions. I even referred her to two friends! She helped so much when it was so hard with my baby’s reflux and me being an under supplier. 10/10 recommend!!"

"I had an in home visit when my daughter was 3 weeks old with Audrey and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and she’s incredibly knowledgeable.

She answered all of my questions, set up a plan for us, and sent tons of resources for me to refer back to. It was so individualized and helped set me up for success with breastfeeding! I definitely recommend Good Life Lactation and was so happy with the help we received from Audrey!"

  • Jessica D.

"Audrey was incredible to work with! My girlie (third baby) was 5 days old when I reached out to Good Life Lactation with a concern about an oral restriction and pain with breastfeeding. Audrey came to my home the next day. She was calm, comforting and knowledgeable- the kind of feeling you get around your own mother. She filled my toolbox with tools including confidence, oral exercises, newborn stretches, a team approach if needed, postpartum support for myself and a peaceful mind. She checked on us after the visit, too! I am so very grateful for Audrey and how simple this was on my end. I would recommend her to my own sister (but she lives in London!) and best friends!"

  • Megan A.

Emily was an incredible help for establishing breastfeeding with my LO. She gave great tips and thorough notes with follow up steps at the end of each session. Every time we met it was completely judgement free and low pressure/stress which is exactly what every mom with a fresh baby needs!"

  • Taylor S.

"Natasha is amazing! The minute she walked into the door I saw how truly dedicated she is to being a lactation consultant and how much she loves helping others. She was extremely communicative before, during and, after my appointments, gave me many recommendations, and followed up after my appointments to ensure everything was going smoothly. She made me feel comfortable right away, and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the possible reasons my baby is refusing a bottle. I would highly recommend her!"

  • Awista K.

"The Good Life Lactation team has helped preserve my breastfeeding journey and I am so grateful to have found them! I’ve worked with half the providers in some capacity or another, both prenatally and postpartum. All have been great, but our family has felt so supported by both Natasha and Ashley! This lactation team taught (and retaught) me the basics of breastfeeding, helped identify the intricacies between me and my baby, and ultimately helped expand my network of providers to have a full care team to support our journey. We ended up working with a pediatric chiropractor and a pediatric dentist, and despite my initial hesitations, their recommendations were solid and I am so glad I followed through. My son and I wouldn’t have made the progress we have without Good Life’s expertise and community connections. They are so caring, knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and accessible. I opted to have them come into my home and it was truly a game changer. I felt so comfortable with them and would recommend their services time and time again."

"I cannot recommend Good Life Lactation enough! From the very beginning, they have been incredibly helpful, supportive, and encouraging. Every question I had was met with so much love, kindness, and patience—never once did I feel judged or embarrassed to ask something. They created such a safe and welcoming environment, which made such a difference during a time when there can be so many questions and uncertainties. I always left feeling more confident, supported, and reassured. If you’re looking for lactation support from people who genuinely care and want you to feel empowered and comfortable, I highly recommend Good Life Lactation. They are truly wonderful"

"Our daughter stopped taking bottles a few weeks before I was supposed to return to work. Natasha came to our home and brought a variety of different nipples/bottles to try. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment. She gave us a variety of oral exercises to perform daily an and referrals to a physical therapist. Our daughter started taking bottles a few days later thanks to everything Natasha did for us!"

  • Mary R.

"I had the pleasure of meeting with Natasha for a prenatal consultation. This was my third pregnancy but the first time I was going to attempt to breastfeed. I had a lot of fear and anxiety due to past experiences, and my education on breastfeeding was next to nothing. Natasha took so much time and care to assuage my fears and educate me on EVERYTHING. She also pointed out the social, emotional, and mental aspects of breastfeeding and the areas I may want to try healing in myself. She is NEVER judgmental, and she is always incredibly supportive no matter what feeding choice you make for you and your baby. Due to her guidance and support, I went from planning on exclusively pumping to actually exclusively breastfeeding right off the bat! She helped me conquer my fears. And once I had questions about my baby's excessive feeding, she was able to assess my issues and inform me that my baby's latch was the issue, and I had no idea because in the hospital, I was told he had a good latch. She is always there to support whenever I have questions, and her text/email support has been a godsend between visits. I cannot recommend this business enough! Thank you so much, Natasha! You truly changed my life!"
