*Please note that being in-network does not mean that everything is covered at 100%, there may be some cost-sharing with plans such as BCBS and Aetna.
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS): We are in-network with PPO plans, and some HMO plans. Please note: that we are not directly listed with some local BCBS directories. Instead, we are covered through Lactation Consultants of America, so our name may not appear in your plan’s system.

Aetna: We are in-network with most plans. However, we recommend verifying with Aetna that we are on the list of in-network for your specific plan.
Cigna: We partner with Wildflower Health to be in-network. They will cover six visits at 100%.
UHC, UMR, Multiplan &VA CCN: We partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) to provide coverage with many commercial insurance plans. There is no cost-sharing if you are approved through TLN.
If your insurance is not in-network, we offer self-pay pricing (see below). You can request a superbill to submit to your insurance. Reimbursement is not guaranteed as every insurance plan is different.
Rates
In-home Visits
We provide complimentary in-home visits for the first two weeks postpartum. If you are greater than two weeks postpartum, our home visit fee is $25. If you are outside of your practitioner’s travel range, we charge an additional $25 travel fee. Please see the color-coded map for each practitioner’s travel range.
*Please reach out if you have circumstances that prevent you from a clinic visit and the home visit fee will cause financial strain. We may waive the fee in these instances.

This is a great option if you need lactation help and do not have access to in-person care. If you are local, we recommend an in-person visit.
