Please note that being in-network does not mean that everything is covered at 100%, there may be cost-sharing depending on your plan.
Superbills: If your insurance is not in-network, we offer self-pay pricing (see below). You can request a superbill to submit to your insurance. Reimbursement is not guaranteed as every insurance plan is different.

In-home Visits
If you are outside of your practitioner’s travel range, we charge a home visit fee of $50 per visit. Please see the color-coded map for each practitioner’s travel range.

This is a great option if you need lactation help and do not have access to in-person care. If you are local, we recommend an in-person visit.

Discounted Packages
With these packages you will get an initial evaluation (in-home or clinic) and 2-3 follow up visits in-clinic. Payment is due at initial visit. We are unable to provide a superbill for discount package rates.
