*Please note that being in-network does not mean that everything is covered at 100%, there may be cost-sharing depending on your plan.
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS): We are in-network with PPO plans through Lactation Consultants of America (LCA). Since we are contracted through LCA, we are not directly listed with local BCBS directories, so our name may not appear in your plan’s system.

Aetna: We are in-network with most plans. However, we recommend verifying with Aetna that we are on the list of in-network for your specific plan.
Cigna: We partner with Wildflower Health to be in-network. They will cover six visits at 100%.
UHC, UMR, Multiplan &VA CCN: We partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) to provide coverage with many commercial insurance plans.
If your insurance is not in-network, we offer self-pay pricing (see below). You can request a superbill to submit to your insurance. Reimbursement is not guaranteed as every insurance plan is different.
Rates
In-home Visits
If you are outside of your practitioner’s travel range, we charge a home visit fee of $50 per visit. Please see the color-coded map for each practitioner’s travel range.
*Please reach out if you have circumstances that prevent you from a clinic visit and the home visit fee will cause financial strain. We may waive the fee in these instances.

This is a great option if you need lactation help and do not have access to in-person care. If you are local, we recommend an in-person visit.
