This is an opportunity to establish care prior to delivering, which makes it that much easier once your baby is here. Please reach out to schedule your prenatal between 30-34 weeks.

We highly recommend a prenatal consult if you have never breastfed before or if you have had any difficulties breastfeeding in the past.

What to expect:

We will go over your health history, provide individualized breastfeeding education, go over your pump or make recommendations for a pump.

If you are greater than two weeks postpartum, our home visit fee is $25. We waive the $25 home visit fee if you are two weeks or less postpartum,. If you are outside of your practitioner’s travel range, we charge an additional $25 travel fee.

What to Expect:

During our initial 60 min evaluation, we will do a thorough intake of your health history and delivery. With your permission, we will do an oral assessment on your baby to check their anatomy and function.

We have an infant scale that we can use to check on overall growth as well as do a weighted feed. If you are latching your baby at the breast/chest we will ideally do a feeding during this visit. For a weighted feed we will weigh your baby before and after feed and this will let us know approximately how much breastmilk your baby drank during that feeding.

Additionally, we will address your concerns and come up with a recommended feeding plan. Any needed follow up appointments will be 30-60 mins.
